3. Registration and Booking

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments for our services must be made in advance through the methods provided on our website. Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes.

Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Memberships and class passes are non-refundable once purchased.
  • For workshops and special events, refunds may be provided if cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to the event. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are not eligible for refunds but may be transferred to another person.
  • In the event that we cancel a class, you will receive a credit for that class or a refund, at our discretion.

5. Health and Safety

You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically and mentally fit to participate in our activities. By participating in our classes, you acknowledge that physical exercise carries inherent risks, and you voluntarily assume these risks.

If you have any health concerns or conditions that may affect your participation, you should consult with a healthcare professional before engaging in our services. You must inform your instructor of any injuries or conditions that might affect your participation before each class.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone if we believe that participation may pose a health or safety risk to that individual or others.

6. Code of Conduct

When participating in our services, you agree to:

  • Respect the instructor and other participants
  • Arrive on time for classes
  • Turn off or silence mobile phones during sessions
  • Maintain personal hygiene
  • Use equipment properly and return it to its designated place
  • Clean up after yourself
  • Follow any additional rules posted at our facility or communicated by staff

We reserve the right to ask anyone who violates these rules to leave the premises without a refund.
